Achievements in Last Period

• Business team signed off on the demonstrations agreeing which suppliers fulfilled the Libraries needs and which didn’t
• Final report and summary completed
• PM and Business Lead met with Procurement as to our next steps –meeting notes 29 Aug 2019

Issues

• Programme Manager has brought in two more members of the Library to sign off report than originally planned for. Due to their circumstances the review meeting has been postponed from 12 August until 4 September
• Closure date for project is 2 Sep 19 with a milestone for Programme Board approval on but the next programme board is not until 22 Oct 19 – milestone for programme board approval will therefore not be met. PM awaiting decision from sponsor and programme manager whether we close on due date and move milestone for programme board approval into BAU, or extend until after the programme board

Milestones

Project is Amber as Delivery milestone postponed and we will miss declared closure milestone - new milestones to be submitted to wis when decision made on programme board approval milestone. PM will submit revised delivery and closure milestones together
