The People & Money Target Operating Model (TOM) project aims to provide a roadmap for the governance, delivery and support of the new People & Money system.

The project’s primary objective is to define and document a new system support TOM for Information Services Group (ISG), and wider University IT support services, to enable the University to effectively manage and deliver IT support services within the constraints of the managed services agreement

The key output of this project will be a transition plan which will outline the new proposed TOM and the structure, processes, roles and responsibilities required to achieve it.   This plan will then form the basis of Phase Two of the project, implementation.
