Impact and Dependencies
This type of project has been done before and it is anticipated that there should be little impact to users with little downtime.
Part of the project remit is to try and get a more robust support model in place to ensure we do not have single point of failure for supporting the websites on these servers. I have put this in the risk log as something if not achieved will leave us in the same position as we are currently i.e. over reliance on 1 person supporting the servers.
