The aims of this project are:
- Determine where the University is in general regarding CRM systems and what the future might look like.
- Conduct user research to determine what SRS currently use Cerebro for, what the challenges are, and what a future system or set of systems will need to do.
- Based on the University's approach going forward and user feedback, determine the path forward, looking at different approaches and systems to identify what the future approach will be
- Implement a better CRM in either the 2019/20 or 2020/21 academic year, this will depend on how quickly we can move other services such as the Department's Campus Fund tool and Sustainability Awards platform off of the current Cerebro platform.
The result of this project will be the creation of a report which will collect all feedback and findings, then provide a set of recommendations. The findings that are taken forward will determine what the next steps will be, namely what CRM is implemented and when.
