Background
This process development project will build on the successes of the "SVN and Automated Deployment" project (APP004-12), to give Applications Division a supported system for continuous integration and deployment. This system will be configured for use in all the division’s development projects that use ColdFusion and PL/SQL, and for the ongoing support by Production Management of the applications built by those projects.
Priority and Funding
This is a priority 2 project, funded from internal Apps Division overheads.
Impact and Dependencies
Although the benefits of this work are not restricted to Agile projects, this system is a prerequisite of any further Agile development projects in the Division.
A separate project, estimated at around 5 days, will be needed when Bamboo is first used with a Java development project.

The tasks are derived straightforwardly from the deliverables.
Priority and Funding
This project is priority number 1 in the Infrastructure Programme for 2012-13, and has an overall priority rating of 1.
The project is core grant-funded.
