Background

 

This project has been raised to combine a number of related items affecting the HR feed to PURE.

Scope, Objectives and Deliverables

This project seeks to deliver the followjng enhancements to the HR extract to PURE:

  1.  Handling of approx 200 "missing persons", who exist on the Finance extract but have no match on the HR extract

  2.  Modification to the settng of the Continuous Service Start Date, per requirement clarification  

 

Priority and Funding

This is a Compliance project, with priority 2. 

The project will be funded from the Research budget.

 

Impact and Dependencies

There is a small number of UniDesk calls regarding specific data issues in the HR extract.  These calls will be suspended until the work on this project has been completed.  This is in order to avoid a situation where the same piece of HR extract code is being modified independently by two different IS Apps teams.  This should never happen, as it introduces unacceptable risk.
