Scope of Work

•  implement Sardina’s FishOS, including Placement Engine and Rebalancing Engine • extend Ceph storage capability • integrate OpenStack Trove, to enable Database-as-a-Service functionality • integrate GPGPUs as additional computational resource  • expand automation capability to include management of Terraform • provide automation capability for creation of Containers, • provide scripts for Creation of Images

 

The work will be primarily carried out by Sardina and has been broker down into the following work packages;

Work/Task Breakdown

The work/task breakdown structure (WBS) is a systematic breakdown of the project into manageable work elements.

The WBS should capture all the work and only the work required to deliver the project scope. The WBS is not a schedule and is developed before the the timeline for the project (the timeline is captured in the project plan).

Each work element in the WBS should have a clearly defined deliverable and responsibility for delivery should be clearly assigned to members of the project team.

 

Priority and Funding

Priority:

State whether the project priority is Normal, Higher or Highest and the reasons for this classification.

Indicate the priority of this project against other work being carried out by or for the project sponsor.

 

Funding:

Clearly state how the project will be paid for and if the required financial resources have been secured.

Background

Scope

Scope describes the boundaries of a project.
