Current Analysis
Migration of current websites to university website.
Tim and Bruce to get back to Paul with estimates for how much effort this would take for someone to manage the work.
NHS Data Sharing
Elaine to be invited to meetings by Paul to further progress analysis.
Maurice to review the effort - 5 days may not be enough given the scope.
College Restructure
Paul to review this, then come back next month with an update on what is needed.
Support Budget
Reports are due next month, but we expect some overrun on TRISTAN due to the effort in moving TRISTAN recently.
No Support Budget is in place for EPSAT nor for Simulated Patients (Project MVM001 and MVM005).
MVM002
1 Paul will pay for small costs for cPanel licenses for sites such as Little France Post-Doc society. Maurice will forward on details for him to check.
2 Need clarification from David Smyth on costs for the new servers and associated o/s and db licenses. Paul to contact David.
There are 12 servers proposed - so costs will be around the £15K mark to cover all new vm's, licenses for SQL Server, MySQL, operating systems.
3 Need clarification on Fernando's time to maintain the current servers and also to support with specific tasks (such as VLE rollover) post-migration.
Expectation for Paul was that Fernando would continue to do the server checks until they were decommissioned. Paul to talk to David.
4 Adobe Connect. Costs are with Paul as supplied by Alan Gilchrist, Paul to decide what to do next.
MVM004
Potential risk from Prof. Findlater's time to spend on the project. Maurice to follow up this week.
MVM005
New developer taking over. Build done, UAT due in May.
Six days not to be billed to partners.
RMAS - asking for 30 days effort. Paul to review request.
Timetabling XML Feed - asking for College to contribute to effort. 80 days for Phase 1 is the estimate. No commitment ay this time, Paul to review request.

TRISTAN
Maurice waiting on estimates from Stewart Lansley and Paul Grz. as what effort would be to create BI reporting for Tristan, for Aileen to Fund.
Paul to cover Procurement of replacement system at the MVM steering group meeting next Monday.
A project of up to 100 days Apps effort lasting 9 months is the norm for this size of procurement.
TEL023 - Clickers replacement. Paul reviewing the accessing of EDUROAM by NHS - mid-May meeting with NHS is opportunity to get agreement. Having access in place for 1st July is ideal.
TEL024 - Migration of MVM Medical Students to Pebblepad. Sue allocated at 2.5 days through to July to manage this.
Strategic Review. Maurice proposed that the current portfolio be extended beyond the 150 days in response to the strategic review, and the number of projects to develop/migrate applications as set out in the CMVM review. Pebblepad is just the first of these.
