MVM Portfolio Meeting 19-03-2015

1. Maurice to email Aileen about why she wants TRISTAN BOXI reports and why, and confirming she is funding the work.

2. Paul will wait to hear from Dave how his discussion with Bryan goes next week re. MVM005 Simulated Patients Enhancements. Paul also needs to have the breakdown for EPSAT (MVM001, now closed) for the effort needed for the bugs, and for the enhancements. Dave will have these. We can then collectively decide how to handle the budget issues around MVM005 and MVM001.

3 Paul will talk to Keith Wylde about option for Support arrangement for both systems. At present there is none.

4. MVM002 will reduce in estimate to 100 days. The 50 days will be used for one or more of College Restructure - BA Data Sharing - PM/BA Web Migration - PM/BA

Adam to confirm if we can resource these soon.

5. Not covered was that there is also a TEL project coming up that will be for migrating MVM students to PebblePad. Mark Wetton can supply info on this.

We expect to start this up early April
