1. March Report

Areas highlighted included:

• FIN126 will have a larger budget for 18/19 as it includes 2 phases - a) Making Tax Digital and b) System enhancements to support 18/19 financial compliance needs
• FIN119 and current issues with development and testing. Escalation at a portfolio-level shouldnow occur.
• FIN127 - a review of the budget effort in 18/19 should now occur with the current PM, so that costs to complete can be clarified.
• Impact on wider Programme Budget

2. Budget

An overview of the current budget  FIN Programme Budget which is 941 days.

3. Wider Programme Update

• There is currently no further update in relation to the programme for 2018/19.  This will be provided as soon as proposals / budgets have been approved.
• Dawn provided further information on the Service Excellence (SE) Finance transformation programme. Further details about the Core System programme timeline should be available after April 15th.
• Action: Leon will escalate current Finance team concerns with the progress of FIN119 development and testing to Emma.
• Action: Leon to also escalate need for ITI group response and support  on PCI-DSS requirements with Emma.
