As with a lot of the questions for future procurements, I really think we should be more up front, on all the tabs, about what the University actually wants rather than generalising every single question which results in an awful lot of work post issuing the ITT: getting clarifications from the Business about what is needed, then asking suppliers about whether they can deliver it and then trying to evaluate scores comparatively without veering of the ITT script at any point!
The tool which establishes an interface between the core Timetabling systems (known amongst its users as Enterprise), and Blackboard's Learn VLE has been deployed successfully.
The tool allows course-level Learn groups to be automatically created and populated based on the classes students are allocated to in the Timetabling system. This functionality is targeted at course instructors who wish to share course teaching content with students based on the tutorial, laboratory or other sub-group activity to which they belong.

Donald migrated several test accounts and then Heather's acount, apparently successfully.
We need to test some more staffmail users ( Scott and Graeme may volunteer) but also to work out which of the two possible ways of handling staffmail users' calendars is best.
