- This is the 2nd week of iteration 1.0a and work has focussed on the Hunter interface and user admin
- Progress has been slightly slower than planned as we've been experiencing issues with the Bamboo automated deployment, which has not been used with Sequel Server before (this is logged in the issue/change log as an issue)
- The planned end of iteration review has been rescheduled to Monday due to the severe weather , as not all team members were able to get into the office.

1.1. We are upgrading the existing test and production environment in place, and not creating new installations

1.2. The current test environment is operational (you can currently log in and perform key functions)
Online Registration has gone live for ALL new students with start dates from 1/1/14, NO paper forms will be sent out beyond this date. Six weeks before their start date from the 19th November these students will be e-mailed to let them know that the online process is available for them to go through within My-Ed.

General.
- Maurice noted that budgets on the project were tight and advised strong milestones be planned.
The Events Bookings changes have been deployed to TEST. The service owner and the business user in the Careers service have been informed.
The deploymemt was postponed due to staff illness and is replanned for the 27/11. All bookings are in place and scheduled approriately

Priority and Funding
The project is a discretionary one within the progamme. A budget of 211 IS days has been allocated for the Project with the programme.
