After guidance from our Sponsor and the Senior IS Application Team who discussed our Critical Issue and instructed us on the way forward we have -

• Pushed on with the SDS.
• Settled on a Server Configuration from which we can now order servers and create the TAD for the system.  We will use SQL2014 for both the Unidesk Copy and the Datamart.  Our developers have limited skills in terms of SQL however we will use SQL Integrated Services which should remove the difficulties of writing straight SQL queries.  We agreed that a senior from ISG Software Dev (Geir) could be brought in to support the SQL work.  The Resource Manager for that team (Bill Lee) had previously agreed that this may be beneficial and could be requested.
