Our funding will slip between the 14/15 and 15/16 financial years. 

Impact and Dependencies

We are dependent on the co-operation of those business partners that currently use Unidesk.

Current Unidesk reporting will be done on the LIVE system.  We will solve this issue by taking those reports away from the LIVE system and creating a universe for them.

There is currently a lack of BI Development experience within IS.  We are building our project in such a way that a Senior will supervise our main software Dev resource who will be developing outside a training environment for the first time.
