3 of the 7 TADs have been completed, anticipate finishing the updates by early Jan
Needs Bamboo properties file to be sent by Dev team to complete environment set-up by adding in the passwords
Other Dev Tech tasks will include testing the applications for the load balancer (final task before live switchover and tested on live environment) - will add to project plan
The new HR Reward Calculator was successfully delivered on 15 December 2015 through project HRS087.
The project delivered on schedule and within budget with great feedback from the team on their experience of working in partnership.

Updates were made to reflect the feedback from the November College QA Committee regarding the product vision statement, roles, target process and requirements in consultation with the College CIO.
Note that the target process has also been updated to include the completion of the school level QA report within the system to help facilitate analysis and collation of reports at college level.
