Business Analysis and Requirements Report

The attached document contains the updated and final business analysis for the HSS Course and Programme Monitoring project.

Updates were made to reflect the feedback from the November College QA Committee regarding the product vision statement, roles, target process and requirements in consultation with the College CIO.

Note that the target process has also been updated to include the completion of the school level QA report within the system to help facilitate analysis and collation of reports at college level.

The completed analysis will form the basis for the system implementation which will be delivered as a separate follow-on project.
