This project is to manage an upgrade to Learn application and a patch upgrade to Oracle database to 11.2.0.4. It is a contingency plan for TEL058 Learn to the Cloud project if it is unable to meet the July deadline.
This project will deliver an upgrade to DEV and TEST which will be progressed to LIVE only *IF* the TEL058 Learn to the Cloud project cannot deliver in the July 2019 window.
