• 10/06 decision point as to whether we soft launch 15/06
• 13/06 Go/NO GO Meeting
  • UAT decision point
  • LIVE decision point
  • Comms issued to advise Lynda.com not available 15/06
• 15/06 AM UAT
  • UoE Live to Lynda Test environment
    • Lynda to repoint to test environment
    • Lynda to amend current ECA ID’s with provided UUN’s
    • ITI to remove ECA: LYNDA and replace with student@/staff@ (or whatever is decided) NOTE: Visitors will NOT have access to soft launch
• 15/06 PM GO LIVE
  • UoE Live to Lynda Live
    • Lynda to repoint to production
    • Lynda to switch back to production environment
    • Issue Comms – Lynda is LIVE from 16/06
