Work/Task Breakdown

Project Management

The TEL019 project will be managed by Ross Ward, with additional supervision from Wilma Alexander to ensure that the TEL017 and 019 projects can benefit from the similarities. The work undertaken will be to organise meeting with key partners and establish a clear communication channel between those involved and for dissemination of project deliverables.

Steering Group

The steering group that has been arranged for TEL017 will be shared to offer guidance on key decisions and impact of analytics on University business.

Technology Experts

Wesley Kerr and Stephannie Hay will offer technical expertise for the implementation of analytics tools in the Moodle environment, and deal with the logistical consequences of the tools being made available to staff and students.

Support and advice will be provided by the technology experts to aid the tutors and students who wish to trial the analytics tools. They will also be required to offer assistance in establishing the best ways of disseminating information about analytics to the University population as well as advising on how the tools could be further expanded in the future. Additional support may be required in the evaluation stages of the project.
