Work/Task Breakdown

The project will be delivered using an Agile methodology, where after initial planning and foundation phases, then a series of development iterations will be undertaken, with each iteration delivering working software fit for release to users. The overall phases are as follows: -

·        Planning

·        Foundation Iteration

·        Development Iterations

·        Maintenance Iteration

·        Closure  

Resources Skills and Cost

The role of 'Product Owner' will be supported by the 4 user group representatives, who will have authority to make decisions on behalf of all users. They will be responsible for deciding, after their user testing, that the requirement (i.e. user story) has been completed.
