ColdFusion Upgrade

• DevTech: will update TAD, create DEV, TEST and LIVE and will liaise with Unix team for server set up

• Dev: will ensure DEV and TEST are fit for use - that testing can be carried out end to end

• Dev will create the Bamboo Plan, prepare code for upgrade to CF11, check in environments

• Dev: will carry out any rework at any of the stages

• Apps Management: will test when application is in TEST

• USD: will complete user acceptance testing in TEST

• All teams will be involved in handovers

Moving XPR SQL server database from MIS-FORD to an new SQL server instance

• DevTech: will update TAD, create DEV, TEST and LIVE on new server instance and will liaise with Unix team for server set up
• DevTech: lift XPR database out of the shared SQL Server instance on Ford and move to new server
• Dev: repoint the XPR components to the new database

• Dev:repoint the cold fusion application to the new database
