Update to IS Alerts Now Live

Initial updates to the IS Alerts pages have now been deployed to Live at http://reports.is.ed.ac.uk/alerts/

The current IS Alerts page was set up as a place to record planned and unplanned outages on our services. Over time it has become integral in the announcement of these outages to end users but with mixed perceptions of how the page should be used, with some staff using it to record the technical details associated with an outage and others using it to provided simplified announcements to end users. This project has now delivered on some initial changes to the pages to address the conflict and improve the effectiveness of the announcement process. This was a fixed cost project to make initial changes and further changes will be taken forward under a separate project.
