We have been unable to secure resource for this project to start development in June but was able to secure Ross for build to start on June 30 immediately after completing SMI005. However a conflict arose for Ross’s time from COM008 which affected SMI005 so the knock on effect will be to delay SMI004 by a further week (Project sponsor has been informed). This will mean build starts on 7 July which pushes all other milestones out and this pushes us into 2014/15 – there will be an 8 day carryover. Also costs have gone over and a revision of costs exercise was carried out. An additional 8 days is required and a piccl was submitted to request the days (https://www.projects.ed.ac.uk/project/smi004/issues/7 )
