As discussed at today's meeting

 ** CMDB Configuration **

All 4 TEST environments now have been configured for CMDB.

Action : Matt to follow up with TOPdesk on the Archival event/action.

Action : Matt to follow up with Abertay on use of Location - not part of project.

Object Status list to be used is here  https://www.projects.ed.ac.uk/project/smi003/page-18

Object Types list - no list, we just get what we get from each institution. Is that right?

** Holding Tables and Import **

Action : Geir's Design document - meeting set to review and sign-off on Wednesday 4th. I can’t make it though.

Action : Geir to decide best way to ensure we retain control on the unique suffix to be appended to objects in each CSV file i.e. validate that the suffix is the right one OR append the right suffix and update the design doc and code accordingly.

Action : CSV -> Holding Table must check that status type is one of the permitted ones.

Expecting Abertay to have a CSV file with us this week.

Action : Geir to coordinate with them.

I will talk to Stefan about UAT.

** TreeWalk **

Remco sending last of the enhancements through today, and he will confirm what has been done from our prioritised wish list.

Action : Peter to implement on TEST.

Action : I will talk to Stefan about UAT.

Once tested in Edinburgh we will copy over to partners' TEST

** Person Import Improvement **

Action :  Peter to run the job and feedback to Remco - and follow up the 'database slow to open' issue.

** implementation Plans for CSV, TreeWalk and Person Import** These need reviewed with production colleagues, and we will use DEV to check them.

Maurice has arranged meeting for 10th Dec.
