Conference Call with Remco

1) The project team need to feedback on the Design document sent out by Guy with the outcomes of last week's discussions.

Has Guy captured what was discussed? Seems lighter than I expected.

2) There was much discussion around making the Person import smarter. Changes to the Person import are not in scope of this project, and will be additional effort for us and TOPdesk.

However, if the project team/Service management are saying that there is a significant risk to the service if we implement CMDB and leave the Person import  the way it is, then I can get back to the Project Board for any additional effort and the scope change.

*** Could Matt lead on this, consulting with Iain and Robert and others, and make a formal request for Person upload to be brought in Scope, please. ***

3) Remco will come back to us with proposals for 'smart'  CMDB and Person imports. He is here on the 21st, and the design doc is planned for the 28th.

Options were discussed - separate insert/archive/update files, using change date, TOPdesk running a pre-import comparison, ...

4) Remco will also design the tables and scripts for the three other default tables we do not plan to use yet - for this he will need us to confirm the single link option for object id (please correct as necessary)
