SSP IS Apps, IS production and Project Services: the budget for 19/20 has been estimated at 90 days
Additional effort from SSP 1 business analyst, 1tester
Additional effort from student systems Student Analytics and Insights team (business lead and resource to help the code conversion) are also required.
Additional effort from GaSP to help with new subject cost centre relationship coding.

- Data Futures Board. Membership: Lisa Dawson (SSP programme owner), Tracey Slaven (deputy secretary), Peter Phillips (deputy director of planning), Paula Webster (project sponsor), Franck Bergeret (SSP programme manager) - meet monthly
- SSP management, chaired by programme owner- meet every 2 weeks
