Achievements this period

  • Project has been re-planned to take account of the impact of the industrial actions
    • SAC083 the SITS Double Software Upgrade will now take place before the SAC080 SITS RedHat Operating System move to Centos
  • Project will restart in mid February with TEST assuming that the SITS upgrade is being progressed and signed off in TEST
  • ASTA planning has been amended to agree with the amended milestones
  • TAD was provided by Dev Tech to Tech Management
  • ITI have delivered the LIVE Servers
  • The project sponsor has approved the revised dates - 7-Jan-2020

Project has an AMBER Status - - why : to enable the SITS Double Upgrade to take precedence. Cannot progress both projects at the same time as any issues cannot identify where the fault lies. - impact : this allows the SITS Double Upgrade project to progress through the milestone stages and move forward to LIVE. This action minimises the risk of conflicting with one after another. - what is being done : the SITS RedHat Operating System move to Centos project has been re-planned to continue after mid February assuming the SITS Double Upgrade has been signed off in TEST. - amended resource booking are to be confirmed. The project sponsor has been advised and has approved the revised dates 7-Jan-2020
