Impact and Dependencies
There may be an impact on planned training events in the TRN environment.
There will also be periods of unavailability which could impact any other project relating to configuration or data within EUCLID or EUGEX, such as the Annual Timetabling rebuild and roll-forward.
Windows 10 environment – verify new upgrade works there.
There may be an impact on other UoE projects including SSP projects, as listed on the SSP programme, and Service Excellence projects, and Timetabling projects (annual ones and Exam Timetabling).
The project manager is the Service Excellence programme manager and will liaise with the Timetabling programme Manager (added as stakeholder) in order to avoid any impact on any programme where possible.
Dependencies
Completion of SAC071 Database Upgrade (live to be completed mid Nov) so that a copy of Live can be taken to progress with the non-live environments refreshes.
Completion of SAC 069 JQuery upgrade in Nov 2018.
