Priority and Funding

This project is Discretionary.  Funding of up to 120 IS days is the allocation to deliver prioritised improvements.  Discretionary improvements will be estimated and in some cases, depending on scale, the improvement may become an in-year project with the allocation of the resource being prioritised within the programme.

Impact and Dependencies

The improvements within this project should be independent, although there is the potential for an improvement to impact or be dependent on other projects. These impacts/dependencies will be documented with the requirements for the improvement.

As with all SSP projects, the downtime and new configuration associated with the SITS Software Upgrade project can impact deliveries between Dec 2018 and March 2019.  Other key business processes, like the start of term, the peak period for admission, exam period etc,. can also impact the deliveries across the academic year.
