Priority and Funding
Project is Essential as the current Web Servers will stop being supported by Sun Oracle from July 2013. Funding 51 days, 12/13 Core funding.
Priority 2 (should this be delayed to after the SITS upgrade, priority would have to be reviewed).
Impact and Dependencies
This decommission must be completed before the SITS Double Upgrade is done (SAC011), which is due in Dev 3/12/2012, Test early 21/01/2013, and go Live date 22/02/2013. Testing for this project should not be run in parallel with testing the upgrade.
Business activities to consider when going live:
- Graduation (end Nov/ December)
- Assessment period (January)
- Mini portfolios cut-off date (after 15th Jan).
