There are 2 annual compliance projects that must be progressed each year to ensure the University meets it's statutory HMRC and HESA obligations.
These are the projects for
- Oracle HR & Payroll Annual Maintenance (Tax Year End) and
- HESA Staff Return
This project PPP007 is for the
- Oracle HR & Payroll Annual Maintenance 15/16
to
- ensure Legislative compliance with application of any HMRC or other legislative patches and that
- available Oracle security patchges are normally also implemented within this project providing the benefit of ensuring the security patching is up to date
Apply annual HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) legislative patches along with any security patches released by Oracle. This project will also cover any additional patches required to meet the universities legislative compliance
This project will deliver;
- Any HMRC tax patches issued by Oracle
- Up to date Oracle security patches
As well as 2 other proposals will also be included in the Annual Maintenance project
- Pensions re-enrolment (AP56-018)
- End of Contracting out (AP56-019)
- Updates to P60’s - back in project
