Achievements in the last period

• The equipment has in part been installed.  The room in the Western General requires estates to assist and contractors are booked to complete that room at the end of May.
• The project team have agreed how we will handle the user accounts within Panopto.
• The PCs have been setup.
• Recording tests have taken place.

Issues

• It is a slower process than would be ideal, but the team is working as quickly as possible to equip the rooms.

Next steps

• Complete the support setup which entails choosing a local support champion.  The support officers are looking at that now.
• Setup Learn which will be done by the DLAM team.
• Complete the installations.
• Start the pilot.
