Achievements since last report

• Project brief approval and submission to Applications WIS 
• Pre work for test environment upgrade, set up of test PCs
• Test plan created
• Data refresh from Live to Test
• Communications around submission of Timesheets
• Application upgrade to v14.03 completed in Test environment, sanity checking completed
• Operating System and SQL upgrade in progress

Issues

• Confirmation Elecosoft costs confirmed by project sponsor to be paid separately to consultancy work
• Outstanding timesheets is a key risk to upgrade of both test and live, concerns raised with numbers of timesheets outstanding in SEP PMO. Following positive discussion and effort from both SEP PMO and ISG PMO all outstanding timesheets were submitted for deadline 

Next Steps

• Operating System and SQL upgrade to be completed in Test
• UAT to commence from 10th February
• Update of TAD
• Acceptance sign off
• Preparations for Live upgrade :
