Achievements since last report

  • Arrange technical workshop for 6th and 14th January now completed
  • Project brief updated, project plan and estimates created 
  • Resource assigned from Dev Tech and ITI
  • Agreement to complete In place Upgrade for Operating Systems on Test environment
  • Costs provided for supplier engagement during upgrade
  • Draft estimates and review task activity

Issues

  • Confirmation Elecosoft costs to be paid from support costs or funds confirmed by project sponsor
  • Due to limited PM availability due to annual leave, other project commitments completion of project brief sign off delayed, milestones to be revised as part of planning.
  • Project brief now issued for final comments
  • Outstanding timesheets is a key risk to upgrade of both test and live draft communication has been issued to PMO for approval to project email to be issued out as well as agreed PMO communication

  • Application, Operating System and SQL upgrade planned for week commencing 27th January
