Achievements since last report

• Project initiated
• Project website created and project manager assigned
• Initial meetings held with:
  • PMO - actions list created
  • Dev Tech and Tech Man - to discuss upgrade paths
• Meeting with Elecosoft arranged 7th November
• Draft project brief issued out o PMO and Project Sponsor for initial review and comment

Issues

• Project already aware of EOL for Infrastructure e.g. Windows Server and SQL Server, advised Application v13 support end of October 2019
• Head of Production Management has asked for the project team to discuss options for moving to Cloud Solution if not within this project then possibly an annual planning proposal
• Due to meeting with supplier not until 7th then planning milestone will have to be moved out to 15th November from 5th November to accommodate discussions and upgrade options

Next Steps

• Arrange technical workshop
• Project brief approval and submission to WIS
• Project plan and resource assigned
