NB where ITI/Apps is indicated as responsible, only Apps effort is accounted for in estimates.
The majority of Apps time is Production Management; it is anticipated that the effort split will be:
- 70% Production Management,
- 15% Dev ISG
- 15% DevTech
(This represents approx 54 Days for Production Management, and 11.5 Days each for Dev ISG and DevTech, including project meetings).
However, these estimates will be reviewed when the dedicated pilot infrastructure has been built.
Resources Skills and Cost
This project is estimated as 120 days for IS Apps effort.
It is proposed that effort on the project is planned according to the 95% confidence estimate.
Estimates will be reviewed during initial configuration.
