Resources Skills and Cost
The planning work for this project has involved colleagues from the following areas:
- IS Applications Development Technology
- IS Applications Technology Management
- IS Applications Project Services
- IS Applications Production Management
The remaining stages are expected to require work from the same areas, with some input too from the ITI Unix area. The estimated effort for IS applications is 120 days.
IS Applications Development Services have been advised of the work being done under this project but do not expect to have a role in it. This project should benefit from the co-operative approach followed during ITS100 and INF105 (TSM work) that has seen colleagues from Development Technology and Technology Management working together to learn from and support each other in the adoption of new or upgraded technologies.
