Resources Skills and Cost

Estimates up to point of finding best fit (Recommendation) will include;

60 days for Apps, 30 days for ITI, for analysis and assessment of other institutions' solutions. Trips to 4 institutions for a team of 3 Apps folk, rail fares, £5,000.

A budget of £30,000 is currently available to purchase a solution.

60 days leaves us 100 days in 13/14 plus available 40 days contingency.

A further 120 days plus another 40 days contingency planned for 14/15.

ITI will need to commit resources also, to help with analysis and to be on the site visits also. The estimate of 30 days for ITI above reflects this.
