Hold workshops with the School of Law and Business School to determine requirements
Establish contacts within each of the upstream/downstream business units (ERI, Student Systems, Development and Alumni and CAM)
Carry out analysis of vendors on the market for CRM and adoption in other institutions
Investigate procurement implications
Report back to stakeholders with recommended way forward

A 10 day budget has been granted for the project (sponsor funded) the above tasks will be completed in the allocated time, if time runs short the sponsor can be approached about stopping the analysis at a reasonable point or extending the project.
