There will then be three phases
- Phase 1 Prerequsite Patches ( likely Family Pack and including any available autoenrolment or RTI patches)
- Phase 2 Tax Year End (including any required autoenrolment or RTI patches), and Security Patches and P60s Updates
- Phase 3 Post Budget (including any required autoenrolment or RTI patches). This phase may not be required if no post budget changes are needed.
Each Phase will incororate
- Investigation into work required for this Phase
- Apply work to DEV and check out
- Apply work to TEST and check out
- Support Acceptance testing
- Deploy to LIVE
Change required to the P60 form for 13/14 will also be made under this project.
Resources Skills and Cost
Resources and Skills;
- HR, Payroll and Pensions will be required to test and sign off patching in each of the three environments. FIS support also likely to be required throughout the project.
- IS Applications Support Co-ordinator and IS Applications developer will review available patches and jointly agree what are to be applied.
- IS Applications Technical Architect will be required to complete clone work and identify and apply security patches.
- IS Applications Developer will amend the P60 form as agreed with the Payroll Manager

- IS Applications days are covered by Core Funding
