Impact
Priority and Funding
This project is currently a priority 2 as minimal effort is required from IS Applications. Should milestones not be able to be met due to resourcing conflicts this may need to be reviewed so as not to delay the enhancements for this high profile project.
This project is sponsor funded by Corporate Services division.
Impact and Dependencies
The first two quarters of 2013 are particularly busy for the HR Systems team with the following projects also in progress during this period;
- HR HESA Return 2012/13 – The submission for 20112/13 has changed substantially and this will require a large development input. This in turn will need effort for analysis of rules and testing from the HR systems team. This project is due to deliver in May 2013.
- HR & Payroll Annual Maintenance 2012/13 – This year’s annual HMRC patching project also includes the addition of Real Time information and auto-enrolment patches. This will require testing and planning input from the HR Systems team. This project has multiple deliveries from January to June 2013.
- Learning Management System (Procurement) – The HR Systems team should be involved in the requirements gathering and tender process. This project is due to start Spring 2013.
The project must work within the constraints of the Core’s availability and commitments to other projects.
