As a user's access to ABS financial systems is added/removed via eAuthorisations, FIS have to manually make a corresponding changes to the user's access groups in OpenAM.  This results in the relevant icons being added/removed from the user's screen in Launchpad. 

This is a manual process and FIS are not always made aware when changes have been made to eAuthorisations.
