System Design

• Produce updated Technical Architecture Document
• Sign-off system design phase

Build Phase - Phase 1

• Prepare test script
• Confirm that the existing Test system is functioning as expected using the prepared test script
• Update test system to version 4.08
• Sign-off build phase 1

User Acceptance - Phase 1

• Complete user acceptance testing to ensure that the system is functioning as expected and new drawings are viewable
• Update Operations Document
• Complete Deployment Check List
• Complete handover to IS Applications Production
• Sign-off User Acceptance Testing Phase 1  

Deployment  -  Phase 1

• Update Live system to version 4.08
• Confirm system functioning as expected
• Sign-off deployment phase 1

 Build Phase 2

• Implement the new licensing model on Test
• Removal of network dongle on Test
• Confirm system connectivity

 User Acceptance - Phase 2

• Complete user acceptance testing to ensure that the system is functioning as expected and new drawings are viewable
• Update Technical Architecture Document
• Update Operations Document
• Complete Deployment Check List
• Complete handover to IS Applications Production
• Sign-off User Acceptance Testing Phase 2

Deployment - Phase 2

• Implement the new licensing model on Live
• Removal of network dongle on Live
• Coordinate Live environment for DR test
• Complete DR test on the Live environment including return to the primary site
• Sign-off deployment phase 2

Closure

• Prepare closure report
• Review and approve project closure
• Sign off closure

Resources Skills and Cost

 Resources wiill be required from the following teams;

• Estates and Buildings Energy Team to oversee all system testing
•  IS Development Technology to provide technical assistance to Schneider enginners, update all technical documentation, overseee DR testing  and provide handover to IS Applications Production
• IS Applications Applications Management to complete the Deployment check list
• IS Technical Management to oversee DR testing on Live
