The ECA applicant experience in recent years has been very poor with lengthy periods of downtime and the submission deadline having to be extended. This change is being requested to provide a stable platform for applicants, to ensure their initial contact with the University is a positive experience. The aim is to ensure the best possible experience for our customer.
