| ECA applicants get a positive experience with the upgraded Mini-Portfolio submission portal |
The level of service to our ECA applicants using the Mini-Portfolio portal during January has been significantly enhanced by this project. The system has coped admirably with the volume of portfolios received. Infrastructure changes were made in advance of the period of peak system usage in the run up to the submission deadline, and were closely monitored to ensure that applicants got a positive experience from their initial contact with the University. |
