Impact and Dependencies

1. There is a need to ensure that there are no interruptions to mail flow or disruptions to the service. 
2. There is a need to ensure that there is no loss of data.
3. As a prerequsite, the project requires a validated and tested test environment - this will be delivered as part of the project
4. The servers are virtual servers, therefore the options are to undertake an in-place upgrade or to build two new virtual servers - the project approach will be determined as part of the development of the TAD
