Overview

Background

This project is to support the consolidation of the IS estate into Argyle House in 2016 a digital space is required to serve 3 main functions:

• To allow staff to interact with and submit ideas to the project working group • To allow the project working group members to respond to staff interactions • To provide relevant information on the project in one place

A simple well designed website is required to provide access to this functionality with minimal barrier to adoption. The website will also serve to promote the identity of the IS community in one virtual space in preparation for the physical move to one space.

Scope

This project will focus on providing a site with sufficient functionality to facilitate interaction between the Argyle House Project Team, User representatives, and IS Staff. The site should provide a forum for sharing information for all ongoing IS Staff accommodation moves, including Argyle House, with focus on “IS Consolidation”, however the short term aim to have a functional site for IS Staff to use in the short term (next 12-15 months) as soon as feasibly possible should not be compromised by longer term ambitions (12-24  months time).
