INF105 : Maurice to ask David to invite Stefan, Heather, Peter and Maurice to next team meeting to review project scope and milestones. Red Hat decommissioning - still valid? where are milestones for Solaris decommission?

INF110 : Maurice to ask that Richard is made Stakeholder. Action Done. Maurice to ask David to meet with Stefan, Heather, Richard to discuss project why are there Live delivery milestones for oracle 12c? where is the recommendations report ? should we use a contractor to backfill for Neil?

Action - not needed. David met with Mark and Gillian and is setting up a meeting to discuss.

INF111 : Maurice to ask Karen to set up a meeting to discuss how to move forward on the project do we bring in a non-MS consultant to help with the SQL Server options should we ask Garry Scobie to help us in this - as well as negotiate a better price from MS?

INF113: Colin has confirmed that brief will be out this week, and he is hoping for feedback from project team, and sign-off from Tony and Simon by 20th Nov.

INF114 : due to deliver 30/11.
