Proposal for 2013/14 - AP34-040 App Teir Infrastructure Upgrade

The current applications infrastructure will have been evaluated in a previous project. The output of this project will be a document detailing the services that are needing to be migrated to more up to date supportable infrastructure and recommendations on how this should be done. This project will use this information as a basis for actually carrying out this exercise This project will undertake the migration of the application infrastructure
