The programme status is set as AMBER as our priority project INF121 has significant overspend on first phase and high estimates for second phase. Other projects all good.

- Agreement gained to de-scope SRM activity from the project
- Dev Tech resource aligned to project activities for WIKI database failover
- Confirmed no work required on IDM Wiki connector
- Changes to IDM MyEd connector ready to deploy to test, waiting for update of IDM MyEd connector being completed on WEB009 project before completing change
- Agreed date for Dev database failover 10/11th April and week commencing 17th for Test

Achievements in Last Period
- GEN environment build is continuing
- UAT on NEWS from business users has been achieved
- Deployment of NEWS to LIVE has been achieved with no issues reported. Downtime was longer than anticipated due to the size and resulting time to copy over the databases.
Issues and Risks
- Budget is RED as costs are now 273 days total. NEWS took 126d, GEN is estimated as 55 days and APPS for 17/18 is estimated as 90 days
Next Steps
- Continue with GEN environment build
- Begin DEV, TEST and LIVE Pre migration testing
- Review of project plans and estimates for 16/17 and 17/18 will be carried out in April.

16-17 Provisioning of Python environment

Achievements in Last Period
- In line with the project plan there was little to progress this period.
Issues
- The Python packaging repository work being carried out by INF124 is progressing. This needs to be completed and work co-ordinated with API126 project in order to demonstrate and release the Edgel Innovation work from Iteration.
- Containerisation continues to be an issue. The Product Owner is to prepare a containerisation strategy and roadmap for review and discussion.
Next Steps
- Plan the work necessary in order to release iteration 1.
- Monitor the outcome of the containerisation strategy and roadmap discussions.
- Iteration 2 is not due to start until the 1st of May and so the main project will now effectively pause until shortly before this time.
- A key stakeholder meeting has been scheduled for 24 April 'start-up' again.

- CMDB to be updated with new server names.
- Agree date to decommission old Bamboo Servers. Production to raise call with ITI to remove on agreed date (Current servers powered down and unavailable but may be required for reference over coming months)
Complete Nexus Environment tasks for Deployment Sign off
- Final TAD updates to be made following feedback.
- Updated TAD circulated to Stakeholders and ITI for sign off.
- Deployment Checklist to be completed Tech Man (Tech Man to confirm if require additional handover.
- CMDB entry to be added for Nexus Service.
- Agree date to decommission old Nexus Environment. In meantime agree when can shut this server down. Production to raise call with ITI to remove on agreed date.
- Determine if tasks to update all plans to reference new Nexus URL is part of INF124 (if easy global update with 1-2 days effort) or if plans would be updated out with this INF124 on a project by project basis. – confirmation required by Stefan/Bill/Iain
